JHINGA GRAVY ROAST


                                                   JHINGA GRAVY ROAST



Sea water Jhinga is more tastier than other sea foods..Here I have prepared in a gravy type. I have prepared this dish on my own style Let us start with the preparation.

                               INGREDIENTS

  • Jhinga                       -5 clean and keep in  water
  • Onion Chopped      -2 medium
  • Garlic paste            -1tsp
  • Ginger paste           -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1 /4 tsp
  • Red chilly powder -2 Tbsp( i used here  kashmiri chilly powder)
  • Coconut milk         - 1.5 cup
  • Coconut oil             -2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
                                 METHOD

 Mix everything together  except fish and bring to boil. When it starts boiling add the fish to it.Cook for 20 mins in low flame. When the gravy thicken it's ready to use.










Our quick recipe is now ready to serve hot!!
