INGREDIENTS
- Jhinga Prawns - 10 nos
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp full
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 3/4 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
- Onions finely chopped - 1 tbsp
- Cooked brown rice - 2-3 cups . I used here brown rice.
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Cheese cube - 1
METHOD
- Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except chopped onion and ghee. No need to add water since water will come out by itself. Allow it to dry and then cook.Add chopped onion to it.
- Add ghee to it and saute it well for 3-4 mins.Let the masala coats well on prawns .Then add cooked brown rice or basmati rice to it.
- Add 2-3 cups of rice to it.Add cheese cube inside the rice and cover it.
- Taste the salt , if necessary add salt to it and serve hot.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
