LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN


                                       LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN



Lemon Butter Chicken is a delicious Chinese dish.Few ingredients are only required to prepare this dish.The taste of lemon , cheese and fresh cream make this dish more tasty.Hope you all will try this recipe.So go through my step by step cooking recipe below...

                                          INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken breast cut into small pieces    -  2 cup
  • Red chilly paste                                 -  1 heaped tsp
  • Pepper powder                                  -  1/2 tsp
  • Butter                                              -  3 tbsp
  • Garlic paste                                      -  1/2 tsp+1tbsp
  • Lemon juice                                      - 1 lemon's juice
  • Fresh cream                                     -  4 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese                              -  1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped                  -  3 tbsp
  • Thyme                                             -  few
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green chilies choped to garnish

                                          METHOD





  • Clean and cut the chicken pieces and keep aside.




  • Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper ,garlic paste 1/2 tsp and red chilly paste for 30 mins.




  • Heat a pan and add butter to it.




  • Add this marinated chicken to the pan.




  • Cook both sides till light brown.




  • Leave this to one side and add1 tb sp garlic paste to it.




  • Saute this for 2 mins.




  • Squeeze the lemon and keep aside.




  • Now combine everything together and cook   for 5- 8 mins




  • Add fresh cream to this and mix well.




  • Grate the cheese and keep aside.




  • Add this cheese to the cooking chicken and cook again for 5 mins.




  • Add coriander leaves and thyme to it.Thyme is an evergreen herb with culinary, medicinal, and ornamental uses.Let this gravy coats the chicken.


  • Now the delicious Lemon Butter Chicken is ready to serve.



Serve it on a plate and garnish with chopped green chillies!!
