SKY CAKE


                                          SKY CAKE

 
                                                                     INGREDIENTS

Maida or all purpose flour - 250 gm, Butter 250 gms, Condensed Milk- 1 cup, Sugar 1 cup powdered, Egg 5 nos, Baking powder- 2 leveled tea spoon, Baking Soda- 1 levelled tsp, Elaichi 4 nos, Cloves 4, Cinnamon 1 piece,Pineppale essence- 1tsp.. Blue colour 1/2 tsp, Milk 2 tbsp



Swift maida, Baking powder and baking soda together 2 times and keep aside.
Use Butter, And Egg which is kept in room temperature for more than 3hrs
In a cake mixture first soften the butter well for 3 mins..
Now add Sugar,Condensed milk and soften again....
Add eggs one by one to it and beat properly for few minutes to become a soft mixture.
Now add pineapple essence and mix well.
Add little by little maida to it and mix with a spatula.
Take half portion in a separate bowl and keep aside
 Mix the colour with the milk
Add this colour to the half portion mixture and mix again with spatula.
Now take a baking tray, greese it with butter, lay a butter paper on bottom and firstly take a big tbsp of blue colour mixture and leave it on the centre of the baking tray. next above that 1 tb sp white mixture .Repeat this upto half of the baking tray..Tap it 3-4 times....and keep in microwave convenction mode @ 160degrees for 30 mins.Some times it ll take some more time, if the quantity is more....
