Pomfret Fry is a famous fish recipe.It is made by all fish lovers right from south to north part of India.Even in Bengal it is a popular fish recipe.Today I m presenting to you a special fish fry recipe.It is prepared in my own style.First clean and wash the fish then pat dry it.Here I removed the skin of this fish too.Make some gashes on both sides.And apply masala and marinate this for half an hour.Then fry these marinated fish pieces.Let us see the preparation now.
INGREDIENTS
- Pomfret fish - 1
- Red chilly powder - 1.5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- Oil - to fry
METHOD
- Grind red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garlic powder, pepper powder,Ginger garlic paste,vinegar,and salt to a fine paste.
- Clean and remove the skin of the fish and make some gashes on both sides.Apply this masala to it.Marinate this for half an hour.
- After 30 mins, heat a pan and pour some coconut oil.Place this fish on the heated oil.
- Sprinkle the curry leaves on it and fry till it is done.
- Garnish and serve hot with rice and chapathi....
