INGREDIENTS
Boiled banana-2,1/2 carrot grated,2 chikkus-400gms
Sugar 2 cups
Milk 2 litre
Heat some ghee in a heavy bottom pan(uruli) and fry the raisins and keep aside.
Saute carrot
Chopped Chikku
And boiledBanana ,( cleaned & cut into small piece) for 5 mins
Now add sugar to it
Dont add water
Let it gets thicken& when the sugar gets sticky
Add 1250 ml milk
Let it boil for 30 mins in low flame. If the milk gets thickens...switch off the fire
Boil the balance 750 ml milk in a pan,and stir well
If it thickens and reduce to 1- 1 1/2 cup
Add cardamom powder & Stir well
Add fried raisins to garnish it
Now its ready to serve
