CHICKEN CUTLET
Cutlets are easy to prepare and is a very good evening snack.We all have had different types of Cutlets.Today I am going to prepare a Chicken Cutlet for all the cutlet lovers!!.This can be prepared easily when the children are back from school or when we have sudden guests etc..Now let us see the step by step preparation.
INGREDIENTS
- Boneless Chicken cooked and crushed - 1 cup
- Onion finely chopped - 1 medium
- Ginger finely chopped - 1 tbsp
- Green chilies finely chopped - 6-8
- Garlic crushed - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - as required
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Potato mashed - 1 cup
- Egg - 1 beaten
- Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil
METHOD
- Heat a pan add little oil.Now add chopped onions and ginger to it.
- Saute well and add the green chilies to it.
- Add curry leaves too.
- Mix well.
- Add crushed garlic too and saute well.
- Now add the pepper powder and garam masala to it.
- Add boiled crushed chicken to it.
- Combine well.
- Smash the potatoes and keep it aside.
- Combine well .
- Finally add the coriander leaves and combine well.
- Shape it according to your taste and keep it aside.
- Keep aside the beaten egg and bread crumbs.Now first dip in beaten egg.
- Then coat this with bread crumbs.For better crispiness and taste dip the piece once again in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
- Keep all the coated cutlets aside.
- Heat a kadai add oil and fry in high flame.If one side is done flip it and fry the other side too.
