               BOILED TAPIOCA AND SHALLOTS CHUTNEY



Today I am preparing a very easy recipe and a common dish found in almost all the houses in Kerala.Our dish for today is Boiled tapioca and shallots chutney.The spicy chutney made from shallots is a real mouth watering chutney the best combination for boiled Tapioca.This can be served as a snack or along with meals too.Now let us start with our preparation.

                                              INGREDIENTS
  • Tapioca                      - 500 gms
      For chutney
  • Shallots                       - 1 cup
  • Green chilies               - 6
  • Salt to taste Tamarind - little
  • Coconut Oil
                                            METHOD



  •  Cook the Tapioca in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles.After the pressure goes, strain it and serve it on a plate.


  •  Grind the shallots, green chilies, tamarind, salt in a mixie. After grinding remove it to a bowl and add the coconut oil to it and mix it well and use.
