GRILLED FRESH WATER LOBSTER/JHING
Jhinga or Lobster is found in Fresh water and Sea water.Fresh water lobster is greenish black in colour.Today I am preparing the recipe using medium sized jhinga...Usually bit more large sized Jhinga are also available.You can see the original picture of this jhinga below.Now lets us start with our healthy recipe of Lobster Grill.
- Jhinga prawns or lobster - 3(Do not remove the skin. Slightly make a cut on the both upper and lower side.Cut from head to tail )
- Fish sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 part
- Salt - to taste
- Basil - a pinch
- White Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Marinate all the ingredients together and keep aside for 1 hr.
- Preheat the oven and grill this for 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes turn to the other side and grill.
Serve hot!!!!
