It can be cooked over Charcoal Heat, Electric Griller or in an oven. I have prepared this in an Oven Griller.Pat dry the chicken pieces and apply masalas over it and marinate for 4 hrs. INGREDIENTS
- Chicken thigh and leg - 2 cut into 2
- Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Tandori masala powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
- Chat masala - 1/2tsp
- Kasuri methi - as required
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Salt
Method
- Pat dry the chicken pieces and apply criss cross fine cuts and keep aside.
- Mix the masalas and apply on chicken pieces.
- Marinate this for 4 hrs.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degree
- Grill one side for 10-12 minutes and the other side too.
