CHICKEN SAUSAGE CUTLET


                                                     

INGREDIENTS
                                                       
                                             
                                                      Potato-300 gms boiled and mashed

        Chicken sausage-160 gm, Ginger-25 gm chpd,Garlic -25 gm chpd, Big Onion- 125 gm chpd, Green chillies 20-25 gms chpd, Carrot30 gm chpd, Capsicum - 50 gm chpd, Curry leaves 1 sprig chpd, Corriander leaves - as required separate the stem and chop it and keep aside too
Butter 1tsp Pepper powder 1/4 tsp full, Garam masala 1/2 tsp, egg 1 bread crumbs  as required, oil to fry


                    Heat the pan add little butter , squeeze the water from the sausage and make it dry



                                     If it becomes light brown., take off and keep aside


                                Add little oil in the same pan and saute ginger n garlic together


               If it is half done add  onions and green chillies and the stem of corriander leaves

                                             Saute for 2-3 mins in high flame

                                                               Add curry leaves


                                                        Now add carrots


                                          And capsicum, salt and saute only for 1 min in high flame



                                                    Add pepper powder 1/4 tsp full& saute it.

                                                 Now add the fried sausage and mix well


                                                   Add mashed potatoes and mix well


                                                          Add corriander leaves to it.


                                             Finally garam masala...1/2 tsp & mix properly


          When it gets cool, knead well and make balls as per ur design u can make.


                                     Dip in beaten egg & coat the bread crumbs and deep fry


Its ready to serve now
