INGREDIENTS
Coconut grated- 1 cup,Shallots-6+3, ginger a small piece, Garlic-4-5, mustard powder-1/4 tsp, jeera powder 1/4 tsp, pepper powder- a pinch
Grind cocnut, 6 shallots ginger garlic, pepper, mustard jeera to a fine paste. Add 3/4 cup curd and grind well
Cut 2 tomatoes
slice the 3 shallots
4 green chillies slitted

Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds
Add mustard seeds
Add curry leaves and dry red chilles and fry them
Now add the green chillies and tomatoes and saute for some time
Add salt along with tomato. cover it and keep in low fire for 10 mins
If it is half boiled add the coconut paste and little water mix well
NOw its ready to use with rice
