INGREDIENTS
- Bread Slices - 10 pieces
- Thick Coconut milk - 1.5 cup
- Egg - 1
- Sugar - as required
- Cardamom - 4 nos
- Ghee - For applying
METHOD
- Blend the coconut milk,sugar, egg,and cardamom together in a mixer.
- Pour it to a bowl.
- Heat a pan and grease some ghee over it.
- Cut the bread as shown here.
- Dip the bread slices in the coconut milk batter and place it on the pan.
- Apply ghee on the other side too and flip it.
- Now the Bombay Toast is ready to eat.
