Chicken Fry is a tasty and favorite dish for all children especially. Nadan Chicken Fry is a very yummy recipe.The aroma and taste of coriander, red chilly,pepper etc give this dish a real good flavor.Here we are not adding any sauce instead only masala powders are added.While frying do fry the chicken pieces in a very low flame.Let us see the step by step preparation.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Pieces - 300 gms
- Coriander powder - 1 heaped tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate this for 20 mins.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry little by little in a very low flame till crispy.
- Serve it on a garnished plate as per your taste.( If you like fry some curry leaves and garnish on top)
