Pasta is the traditional staple food of Italian cuisine.?An Italian cuisine will be incomplete without a Pasta recipe.It is available in different shapes and sizes.It is used in soups,salads,sauce etc.Pasta can be prepared in different varieties and different styles.Pasta can be used to prepare quick and delicious dishes.Today I have prepared this in an Indo-Chinese style.Let us see the preparation in detail now.
INGREDIENTS
- Carrot - 1 cup
- Beans - 1 cup
- Capsicum - 1 cup
- Chicken cubes - 2 cup
- Pasta - 2.5 cup
- Garlic - 1 bulb
- Ginger - a small piece
- Green chilies - 6
- Shallots - 2-3
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
- Spring onion optional
METHOD
- Cut the vegetable into julienne.
- Cook the pasta in hot water by adding a tsp of oil and salt.When it is done stain it and keep under running water for 1 min.Now keep it aside.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and keep it aside.
- Heat a kadai and add some oil to it.Saute the garlic paste.
- Wash the vegetables and keep it aside.
- Add ginger paste and green chilly paste to it.Saute it till brown.
- Add pepper powder to it.
- Now add the chicken pieces to it.Saute well till it is cooked.
- Stir well while cooking.
- Add carrot julienne to it.
- Next add beans julienne
- Then add capsicum and little salt if required.Now we will add soya sauce to it.So be careful whil adding salt.
- Add Tomato sauce to it and mix well.
- Add soya sauce to it.
- Now add the cooked pasta to it.
- Mix it well.
- Add butter to it.
- Sprinkle some oregano on it.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
