Samosa is a crispy tasty snack item.Samosa is now a days available in different types like potato samosa,onion samosa,corn samosa,non veg samosa,mixed vegetable samosa.Today we will see how to prepare a yummy Chicken Samosa.The procedure is same, we fill the chicken masala in the samosa patti and deep fry it.So now let us start the preparation.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast - 2 breast
- Onions chopped - 2 big
- Green chilies - 5
- Ginger paste - 2 tsp(I have used home made paste)
- Garlic paste - 2 tsp home made
- Pepper powder - 1+ 1/2 tsp
- Maida - 3 tbsp mix with little water and make a smooth paste
- Garam masala - a pinch
- Samosa patti - as required
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Capsicum - optional
METHOD
- Clean the breast pieces and cook it with little water, salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.
- When the water dries ,cool it and chop it in a mixer.
- Chop the onions and keep it aside.
- Chop the green chilies and keep it aside.
- Heat a kadai and add some oil and saute the chopped onions.
- Add green chilies too.
- Add ginger paste to it.
- Add garlic paste to it.Saute it for 2 mins.
- Add balance pepper powder to it.
- Add shredded chicken to it.
- Add a pinch of garam masala to it.
- Make a smooth paste with maida and water.
- Fold the patti to a cone shape.
- Apply the maida paste to the edges of the cone and fill the chicken masala into it.
- Make perfect cones and keep it aside.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry one by one till crispy.
