                      INDO-ITALIAN CHICKEN EGG OMLET ROLL




    



Recently I had a Chicken Egg Roll which had a yummy non-veg filling with sauce.After having this delicious roll I kept craving to have more.So I prepared a Chicken Egg Omlet Roll in my own style. This recipe is my own and came out really well and tasty.So I thought of sharing this awesome recipe with you all.The fluffy Egg Omlet and the tempting filling are the key taste giving factors.Instead of describing more let us get started with the preparation.

                                                                 INGREDIENTS


  • Onion finely chopped                                           -    3 tbsp
  • Yellow bell pepper, red and green all together     -    3 tbsp(I could not use red bell pepper since                                                                                       it was not available)
  • Tomato chopped                                                   -    2 tbsp
  • Green chillies chopped                                         -    1 tbsp
  • Garlic  chopped                                                    -    1 .5tbsp
  • Ginger chopped                                                    -    1 tbsp
  • Chicken chopped                                                  -    300 gms
  • Pepper powder                                                      -   1 tsp
  • Egg                                                                       -    6 nos
  • Corn flour                                                             -   1 tbsp
  • Garam masala                                                      -    1/4 tsp
  • Cabbage                                                               -    2 tbsp sliced
  • Fish sauce                                                            -    1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  •  Coriander leaves chopped                                 -    as required
  • Paprika powder                                                  -    1/2 tsp
                                                                        METHOD



  •  Chop all the veggies and keep aside.


  •  Chop the boneless chicken breast pieces and keep aside.


  •  Add little salt and vinegar to it and marinate for 10 mins.


  • Take a bowl and  add 6 eggs to it.


                           
  • Add little salt and measured cornflour to it.

  • Beat this with an egg beater and make it fluffy.Keep this aside.


  •  Heat a pan add some oil to it.


  •  Add the chopped ginger to it.


  •  Next add the chopped garlic to it.


  •  Saute well and add chopped onions to it.


  •  Add chopped green chilies too.


  •  Now saute this very well.


  •  Add chopped chicken pieces to it.


  •  Add pepper to it.


  •  Mix well.


  •  Add fish sauce to it.Combine it well.


  •  Finally add the garam masala powder and mix properly.


  •  Let the chicken cook for sometime and become dry.


  •  If the chicken gets cooked and becomes golden brown remove from heat.


  •  Check the salt, if needed add little more.


  •  Add the sliced cabbage to it.


  •  Then tomatoes to it.


  •  Then green bell pepper to it.


  •  Then add yellow bell pepper to it.Saute for 3 mins in high flame.



  •  Add paprika and combine well



  •  Add 1/2 lemon juice to it and mix well.


  •  Finally add the chopped coriander leaves too.




  •  Heat a big pan and add little oil or ghee.


  •  Pour the fluffy beaten egg over the pan.


  •  Add chicken masala to it.


  •  Cover it with a lid.Let it cook in low flame till it is done.


  •  Roll it and take it out from the pan.



  •  Cut slantingly and serve.
