CHICKEN TIKKA
CHICKEN TIKKA is one of the popular dish and easy to cook recipe.The word Tikka means bits or pieces.This is usually served as a Starter dish.In this dish the chicken pieces are marinated and skewed along with vegetables and grilled in oven.This dish is not fried in oil,hence all the health conscious people can also definitely try this...
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken boneless - 300 gms cut into small squares
- Curd - 3 tb sp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- FIsh sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1 to 2 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tdsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tbsp
- Rosemary - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 of lemon
- Salt to taste
- Cheese as required
- Capsicum diced - 1
- Tomato diced - 1 removing the inner part
- Onions diced - 1
METHOD
- Cut all the vegetables and keep aside.
- Marinate the chicken pieces by adding ginger paste salt and curd.
- Add pepper powder to it.
- Add fish sauce to it.
- Add soyasauce.
- Add garlic powder to it.
- Add rosemary,oil, and lemon juice to it.
- Mix well.
- Add red chilly powder and mix e everything well and marinate for 30 mins in refrigerator.
- Skew all veggies one by one and chicken pieces alternately.
- Bake in an oven for 30 -40 mins at 180 degree or till done.
- Here is your healthy Chicken Tikka.... Serve hot.
