GRAPE WINE


INGREDIENTS
                       

                           Juice Grapes Black-1 1/2 kg
                            Sugar                     - 2 kg
                             Water                    - 4 bottle
                              cloves                   - 8
                             Cinnamon              - 2 piece
                             Wheat                    - 1/4 cup
                             Yeast-                    - 2 tsp

Wash n clean the grapes. take out all stems n leaves properly.drop all the grapes into a bowl and crush it with a potato masher..
Take a big pot . Drop one portion the mashed grapes and then add some sugar again grapes layer it like this. nw add purified water to this. add cloves cinnamon , wheat and yeast. stir well for 5 mins. Cover with an airtight lid .And also cover the cap with some cloth& tie with a thread. Leave it for 3 days. After 3 days open the jar and stir well for 2 mins. again close it and tie it properly. Every alternate days stir well. After 21 days strain the juice - dont press- just strain only. Now drop this to another cleaned jar and keep airtight for another 20 days.After 20 days its ready to use.
