INGREDIENTS
FISH cleaned- 500 gms
Coconut Milk- 2 - 3 cups
Heat the pan and pour oil and saute garlic crushed for 1 min
Add crushed Ginger and saute again for 1 min
Now add the Green Chillies & crushed Shallots and saute for some time
When it becomes light brown add turmeric powder to it
Now add Corriander powder
Den add Red Chilly Powder and saute for 2 mins in low flame
Add little plain water and brings to boil.When the oil comes up
Add salt to taste
Now add mango pieces and mix well
Pour coconut milk and allow to boil
When it starts boiling
Add Fish pieces to it and cover the pan and cook for 15 mins .First boil in high flame for 10 mins . Den open the lid little and brings to low flame and boil for 5 mins more. When its done,add curry leaves and switch off the fire and its ready to serve
