Take 2 cups of Bengal Gram
Now add Garlic crushed-15 nos and saute till it becomes light brown
Add Crushed Greenchilles 2 and Crushed Shallots 1/2 cup and saute
Now add Turmeric Powder 3/4 tsp& saute for a min
Den add Black Pepper Powder-3tsp(as per ur taste u can add if u want to reduce .. u can)
When the masala separates from oil add 1/2 cup water to it. This is adding to get the masalas inside the gram
Add salt and brings to boil
Now add the boiled bengal gram and allow to boil for few mins
Now its ready to serve. Use with Rice, Puttu, Chappathi etc.
