Hello everyone!!!Today I am glad to share the recipe of Grilled Chicken without baking.I used a non stick kadai and added little oil to it.Then I fried in a very low flame.By doing this way I got the same grilled effect.It is very tasty too.So if anyone doesn't have a grill or oven can also grill chicken at our home by this method.Without adding oil we cannot grill here because the sauce will get burnt and the taste changes. So guys do this way this is very easy and tasty .So let us see the preparation now.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast - 2
- Paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Basil leaves - 2 pinch
- Rosemary - 2 pinch
- Kashmiri chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder - 1 pinch
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
- 8 to 9 sauce - 1 tsp
- Garlic enhancer powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Wash , clean and pat dry the chicken breast and keep it aside,
- Combine all the ingredients well except oil and garlic enhancer with the chicken breast.Marination for atleast 30 mins.
- Heat a kadai and add the above said amount of oil in the kadai.
- When the oil heats, sprinkle the garlic enhancer to it.
- Place the marinated chicken over it and cover with a lid and cook well.If one side is cooked flip the other side and cook till it is done.
- Serve hot...It can be served as a starter or as a side dish.
