PRAWNS BHAJI
Bhaji as we all know is an Indian snack.Main ingredients are Gram flour and vegetable in common.Today I am preparing Non-Veg Bhaji using the Prawns.This is a very good snack and a starter too at the same time.This is a super easy recipe and now we will see the preparation.
INGREDIENTS
To marinate
- Prawns - 3 nos this is jhinga prawns
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Marinate all and keep aside.
For dipping batter
- Besan/Gram Flour - 1/4 cup
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Oil
METHOD
- Marinate the prawns and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Make the batter by mixing besan,rice flour, salt and water. Add pepper powder to it.
- Add red chilly powder to it.
- Add garlic powder to it and mix well.
- Set ready the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip one by one marinated prawns and place in oil.
- Fry the bhajis till brown color.
