PEPPER GARLIC PRAWNS


                                        PEPPER GARLIC PRAWNS



Today I am preparing a simply,easy Prawns recipe.Pepper Garlic Prawns is definitely a good recipe to have as a snack too.I have not added  red chilly here instead have added only green chilies, ginger garlic and pepper as spices.Hope you all will try this in your kitchen.So let us see the preparation...

                                   INGREDIENTS
For marination
  • Prawns                         -   3/4 cup cleaned
  • Water                           -   3 tbsp
  • Egg white                    -   1/2 part
  • Ginger Garlic paste     -   1/2 tsp
  • Maida                          -   2 tbsp
  • Corn flour                    -  2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder            -   1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar                       -    1/4 tsp
  • Oil
Mix all together and marinate for 3 hrs.

  • Onion chopped          - 1 small
  • Capsicum                   -1 small chopped
  • Garlic cloves             - 6 chopped
  • Ginger                       - a small piece 
  • Green chilies             - 4 chopped
  • Pepper powder          - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup        - 5 ml
  • Vinegar                     - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves       -  as required

                                                METHOD


                         


  •  Heat a pan add some coconut oil and fry all the marinated prawns.Keep it aside.




  •  Keep ready the fried prawns. Do not fry till crispy.


  •  Keep ready all the veggies aside.


  •  In the same pan add ginger to it.


  •  Add chopped garlic to it and saute till golden brown.


  •  Add chopped onions to it and saute till light brown.


  •  Add green chilies to it.


  •  Add pepper powder to it.


  •  Add chopped capsicum and little salt to it.


  •  Add fried prawns to it.


  •  Mix it well.





  •   Add tomato ketch up 5 ml to it


  •  Combine well.



  •  Add chopped coriander leaves  to it.


  •  Mix it again.




                        Garnish and serve it hot!!
