COCONUT MANGO CHUTNEY


                             COCONUT MANGO CHUTNEY

                                     
In India, chutneys are found in different varieties.We can use diiferent ingredients to prepare this depending on food.Now as we all know is the season of Mangoes.So why don't we prepare today's recipe using Mango?So let us prepare a chutney made from coconut and mango.This chutney can be served with rice  porridge, Idli , Dosa , Rice etc.

                                    INGREDIENTS

  • Raw mango          - 1 small
  • Shallots                -  6
  • Green chilies         - 5
  • Salt                      - to taste
  • Mustard powder - a pinch
  •  Curry leaves       - 1 sprig
  • Coconut grated   - 1/2 of a coconut
                                  METHOD
  • First grind all the ingredients except coconut .
  • Then add coconut and grind again.
  • Do not add water while grinding.





 
Our delicious Mango Coconut Chutney is ready now!!
