CAULI 65 DRY
Cauli flower dry manchurian is a good snack and a side dish too.It is a very simple dish to prepare. Just marinate it for 30 mins before frying.To clean the cauli flower,firstly take out all the florets and keep aside.Boil some water by adding little salt and turmeric powder.Once it is boiled switch off the flame and keep all the florets into it for 10 - 15 mins and drain it.
INGREDIENTS
- Cauli florets - 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Maida - 3 tbsp
- Cornflour - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1tsp
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 30 mins.

- Heat some oil in a pan and fry all till it becomes crispy.
Serve this with lemon slice and garnish with coriander leaves..
