INGREDIENTS
Ghee 1 tsp, Dry red chillies-18 nos, Bengal Gram Dal - 1/2cup, Black Gram dal splited-1 cup,Garlic powder-1 tsp, Rice-2 tbsp, Black pepper corns 1 1/2 tbsp, Curry leaves-2 sprigs, Asafoetida- to taste, salt to taste
Heat 1tsp ghee in a pan
Add the red chillies and fry them
Now add Black gram dal along with the chillies
Add Bengal gram dal
\ Fry Asafoetida in little gingelly oil
Press with spoon and fry till crspy
Now fry rice
wen it pops take off from fire & grind everything together
Chammandi powder is ready to serve
Use with coconut oil or ghee
