INDO-MALAYSIAN PASTA






Pasta is one of the favorite dishes of all children.This food belongs to traditional Italian cuisine.I prefer to cook pasta with vegetables and chicken together.Today in this Pasta recipe I  have added tomato ketchup instead of puree.Also some seasonings too to give the  dish more taste.So let us start the preparation right??

                                                     INGREDIENTS
  • Pasta                               -    250 gm
  • Beans                             -    5
  • Carrot                            -    1 large
  • Chicken boneless          -    150 gms
  • Chicken sausage           -    2 large
  • Olive oil                        -   2 tbsp
  • Frozen peas                   -   1/4 cup
  • frozen Sweet corn         -   1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste        -   1 tbsp
  • Capsicum                      -   1 chopped
  • Pepper powder              -   1 tsp
  • Green chilly sauce         -  1 tbsp
  • Garlic taste enhancer     -  1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce                    -   1/4 tsp
  • Tomato ketch up           -   1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves           -   as required
                                                          METHOD


  • Cook Pasta in 1 litre of water with a tea spoon of oil and salt.When it is cooked, drain it in a drainer and keep under running water for 1-2 mins.When the water is drained add 1 tsp of oil ,toss it well and keep it aside. 


  •  Cut the vegetables and keep it aside.


  •  Cook the boneless chicken  pieces with salt and pepper powder.


  •  Cut the sausage in a slanted way and keep it aside.


  •  Add olive oil and fry the sausage till light brown in low flame.Remove this to a plate.



  •  Add the beans and carrot to the balance oil and saute well.


  •  Add capsicum, green peas,sweet corn and saute for few mins.


  •  Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.


  •  Add soya sauce and green chilly sauce to it.


  •  Combine well and add cooked chicken to it.


  •  Saute this for 1-2 mins.


  •  Add pepper powder to it.


  •  Add fried sausages to it.


  •  Now you can add cooked pasta to it.


  •  Combine well.




  •  Sprinkle the garlic enhancer to it.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves  to it.

  • Finally add the tomato ketchup.

               Indo-Malayasian Pasta is now ready to serve hot!!
