INGREDIENTS
- Chicken sausage big - 15 nos
- Basmati rice - 3.5 cup
- Beans - 15 nos
- Carrot - 1 no
- Chicken cubes - 4 nos
- Onion - 1 big
- Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
- Celery - 2 stem
- Spring onion - 2 bulb
- Pepper powder - 1.5 tsp
- Salt - to taste (we are adding chicken cubes here so do not add salt more)
- Red chilly n Garlic paste - 3 tbsp
- Water - 6 cup
- Tomato - 2 or 3 (small)
- Cheddar cheese - 100 gm
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Refined oil - 3 tbsp
METHOD
- Soak the rice for 1 hr and drain it.
- Chop capsicum, celery leaves,spring onion leaves and keep it aside.
- Grate the cheese and keep it aside.
- Cut the sausage slant wise and keep it aside.If we cut it in round shape it will be too small that is why we are cutting it slant wise.
- Chop the beans, carrot,celery stem and spring onion (white part of the stem) and keep it aside.
- Boil the water by adding 4 cubes of Maggi magic cubes.If we are adding 2 big cubes then it is enough.
- Heat a heavy bottom pan and add 3 tb.sp of ghee and 3 tbsp of refined oil.
- Fry the sliced sausage till light brown and remove it to a plate.
- After frying all the sausage in the balance oil, add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Add the celery stem and spring onion (white stem part) and saute well.
- Add the chopped carrots and beans.Saute for 1 more minute .
- Now add the fried sausage to it.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder to it.
- It is now time to add the soaked rice to it.Saute for a minute.
- Add the red chilly garlic paste and saute the rice for 2 more minutes .
- Pour the boiling chicken stock water to it.
- Allow it to boil.When it starts boiling close it with a tight lid and cook in low flame for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins our sausage rice will look like the above picture.Now add the capsicum chopped to it.
- Add celery leaves
- Add spring onions.
- Grate the cheese to it.
- Cut the tomatoes into big pieces and arrange it on the top according to your own style.Close this again with the lid and allow it to cook for 5 more mins in low flame.
- Mix well.
