MEXICAN FIRED CHICKEN CAKE


Last day while browsing I came across a recipe with a catching name.Since I am a person who likes to try out new recipes I decided to give a try for this too.Though the recipe was prepared with Blue Pond Fish,I prepared this with Chicken.It is a fusion of  Mexican - Indo style and is spicy too.Mainly this recipe is served a s a starter. So friends let us see the preparation of this awesome recipe.

                                                        INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken boneless chopped       -  1.5 cup
  • Onion chopped                         -  5tsp
  • Butter                                       -  3tbsp   
  • Oil                                            -  3 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic                       -   3 tbsp
  • Celery chopped                       -   2 tbsp
  • Yellow bell pepper                  -  2tbsp
  • Red Bell Pepper                      -  2 tbsp
  • Green Bell Pepper                   -  2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Carrots          -  2 tbsp
  • Chopped Green chilies            -  2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder                         -  1 tsp
  • Garlic enhancer                        - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs                          -  3/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves
                                                          METHOD




  •  Heat butter in a kadai.


  •  Add chopped garlic and green chilies to it .Saute for few seconds and then add chopped celery to it.


  •  Add chopped onion and saute well.


  •  Add chopped carrots to it.


  •  Add all the bell peppers  and chopped celery leaves to it.


  •  Saute well.


  •  Add chopped chicken to it and stir well.



  •  Add salt to it.
                           






  •  Add pepper powder to it.



    •  Add Garlic enhancer to it.




    •  Mix well till the water content dries..


    •  Add the bread crumbs to it.


    •  Finally add the coriander leaves for an Indo style.


    • Make balls and flatten them.


    •  Heat a kadai and add oil to it. Now shallow fry it and serve hot.
